Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email, letting you know we’ve received your purchase request and pre-authorized your payment. We immediately begin fulfillment:

Order Shipment & Tracking
When your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll email tracking information to the address you used at checkout within 24 hours of dispatch.
Didn’t see tracking after six business days? Please email support@thebackyarder.com and we’ll investigate right away.
